Cancellation Policy: We kindly request a 24-Hour cancellation notice. In the event of an emergency, we understand that last minute cancellations may be needed. If multiple last minute cancellations or no-shows occur, you may be asked to pre-pay for pre-booked appointments or to call the day of to schedule.
Late Policy: We ask for all clients to respect their scheduled timing, and to show up to appointments on-time or early. Please plan ahead for traffic issues, as Cranberry Township always has backups. If late, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment, modify it, or put you with another stylist.
Phone Policy: We always allow clients to use their personal phones & electronics. We do ask, for the respect of other clientele, to keep all volumes to a considerate level, or to please step outside if needed. We also ask that children listening to devices remain in waiting area for the relaxation of our other guests.
Returns/Exchanges Policy: All service and gift card purchases are FINAL. Gift cards are non-refundable.There will be no cash refund given after service is rendered. Salon menu includes base prices and may vary depending on desired end result. Menus are provided online and at our front desk. Consultations for all hair services are free of charge and highly recommended. We do not issue refunds on salon services. However, should you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received please notify the front desk team and management within three days. If you are not happy with the work performed, we require that you return to the salon so that your hair can be visibly inspected. At that time we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you with the original team member that provided initial service at no additional charge to you. If you are unhappy with a product purchase, you may exchange it for another product within 14 days with store receipt.
